Team:
One staff dev-doc Technical Writer (who’s managing this project), a Contract API Technical Writer, a Contract Editor, and a Contract Marcom Writer. Another division of the company has a separate publications team.
Tasks:
- Research, write, and publish training materials for system administrators and developers implementing suite of sophisticated financial analysis applications
- Create clear, simple instructional content for sophisticated financial industry professionals. Deliverables may include workflows, high- and low-level how-to material, and specific task-oriented instructions
- Re-purpose content generated by other contributors, as appropriate.
Required:
- Top-notch (and showable) portfolio of training materials and similar procedural writing samples
- Demonstrable record of efficient data gathering from SMEs, smooth collaboration, and excellent judgment
Desired:
- Willingness to immerse yourself in the world of portfolio analysis, financial strategies, market indices, and similar esoteric topics and extract actionable instructions
